Rates & Insurance
Private Pay/Self Pay rates: $200 for the initial assessment and $170 per therapeutic hour. Private pay is available for those who choose for reasons of privacy, personal preference or freedom of selecting a provider of choice outside of their insurance.
Insurance agencies require a diagnostic diagnosis for treatment. I’m an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Federal BCBS, Cigna, Municipal Health, QualChoice, & Medicare. You are responsible any deductible that needs to be met and your co-pay or co-insurance. These fees will be due at the time of service.
If you have an out-of-network insurance, a superbill (invoice) can be provided so that you can submit directly to your insurance company to seek reimbursement.
Please check your insurance coverage by calling the customer service number on your card. Most polices vary greatly in coverage amounts and limits.

Do I have out-of-network mental/behavioral health insurance coverage?
What are my in-network benefit coverage mental/behavioral health?
Do my benefits cover online therapy?
What is my yearly deductible & has it been met?
How many sessions per year does policy cover?
What is the coverage amount per counseling session & co-pay?
Do I need pre-approval or a referral from my PCP to begin therapy?
What is the reference number for above call inquiry and name of insurance representative who provided the informamtion?
Payment
Payment & co-pays are due at the time of service & can be paid by cash, check, credit/debit card or health saving account.
Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour cancellation Policy will apply- same day cancellations prior to appointment will be charged $100 and no shows will be billed as a full session, unless you have a documented emergency. This policy is in place to help ensure access to treatment & services for others in need of appointments.
